Thank you for your purchase from Team Beachbody. By making this purchase of products and/or services from Team Beachbody, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:
Team Beachbody Guarantee
Team Beachbody products come with a 30-day money back guarantee, less shipping and handling. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason and are within your guarantee period, please follow the Return instructions below.

Team Beachbody Shipping Methods
Team Beachbody utilizes United Parcel Service (UPS) Basic service as the default standard delivery service for standard street addresses. Expedited delivery options for UPS Ground and UPS 2-Day Air are available for an additional cost. For P.O. Box addresses and for APO/FPO addresses, DHL Smartmail service is the default delivery service used.
Shipping & Handling Rates
UPS Basic 6% of retail product total ($4.95 minimum)
UPS Ground 7.5% of retail product total ($6.95 minimum)
UPS 2-Day Air 10% of retail product total ($12.95 minimum)
Note: Certain heavy weight items may include a shipping surcharge of between $5.00 and $15.00 in addition to the shipping rates shown above.
Expected Delivery Times
Team Beachbody utilizes United Parcel Service (UPS) for products shipped to standard street addresses within the 48 contiguous states with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed and fully paid. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require longer delivery times and may take up to 10 to 12 business days.
Packages sent to P.O. Box addresses are shipped by DHL Smartmail and may take up to 10 to 12 business days. For APO/FPO addresses, DHL Smartmail is also used and may take up to 3 to 4 weeks to deliver, depending upon location.
Sales Tax
All Team Beachbody purchases of products and services are subject to sales tax, based upon the shipping address applied to the order. Team Beachbody will calculate and add sales tax according to the current rates in effect at the time the order is placed and paid.
Payment Methods Accepted –
Team Beachbody products and services may be purchased using a current and valid credit card from the following types:

- MasterCard – Discover
Return Instructions (please follow carefully)
1. Call us toll-free at (800) 470-7870 to obtain an RA (return authorization) number. S&H is not refundable.
2. Returns without an RA # cannot be accepted so please be sure to call for the RA number.
3. Write your RA # on the front of your packing slip. Enclose your packing slip or a legible photocopy thereof in the shipping carton.
4. Mail the product back to Team Beachbody within the guarantee period using the return label provided on the packing slip.
5. Keep the receipt and make sure there is the proper amount of postage on the package. We are not responsible for lost packages.
6. Do not send the product C.O.D. It will not be accepted.
7. Refunds for properly returned product will be processed within 7-10 business days following receipt of the package by Team Beachbody.
Team Beachbody Home Direct Program
Team Beachbody offers a Home Direct program by which you may purchase a product and choose to have that product sent directly to you on a periodic basis (every 30, 60 or 90 days depending upon the item purchased). These future shipments and services will be charged to the same credit card that was used for your initial purchase of the item(s). By purchasing a Home Direct item, you agree to the periodic shipment of product or provision of services in future periods without further notification to you. To ensure the continued delivery of your Home Direct products, you must ensure that your shipping and billing information is up to date. To update your shipping or billing information or to discontinue your Home Direct program please contact Customer Service at (800) 470-7870.
Assignment to a Coach and Information Release
To maximize the benefits you receive from the products and services you have ordered, Team Beachbody assigns all customers to an existing Team Beachbody Coach. Your assigned Team Beachbody Coach is there to assist you in understanding and using the products you have selected and to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Your assigned Team Beachbody Coach will receive access to certain information you provided during your purchase process, including your name, address, e-mail address and the items you have purchased. They do not receive any of your credit card information. By making your purchase, you accept the release of this information to your assigned Team Beachbody Coach and agree to allow this Coach to contact you.
