    I do not recomend nitrotech at all.It made me sick and to tell you the truth i was goin to toilet every hour to shit and i was farting like all the time.At the start i though it was like every protein supplement has the same side effects like this.Untill 1 day i decide to try ON 100% whey gold standart.Man it saved my life.You dont feel heavy when you drink it, it tastes great , it digests fast ,it gives results and the most important of all…YOU DONT HAVE TO SHIT IN EVERY STEP YOU MAKE :S

    @lolitsabush–being able to process only 80 grams a day is incorrect! according to a study done by Flex (Body Building) Magazine, the human body has no limit as to how much protein one can process in a day…eat drink and be merry…………………

    @skullkiller123 taking creatine will make you gain water weight. So if you are taking a creatine supplement its probably not a good idea to watch the scale really if your goal is to lose bodyfat. If I see a weight gain on the scale but see my gut getting flatter, smaller and tighter I just brush it off like nothing. hope this helped :]

    how about iso sensation from ultimate nutrition?? they are 100% whey isolate and contain 93% protein (30gr/serving). i think if i look from the nutrition fact, iso sensation is the best.. and i never use optimum 100% whey before, are u recomended the optimum whey than iso sensation??

    @lilboomer42 Syntha 6 is barely above 50% in protein content. Also high in cholesterol. Wheybolic is good but I prefer PRO COMPLEX which is made by ON if I’m gonna spend that much, or something that is a 100% whey isolate. Gold standard is not a brand ON makes it as well.

    @excuter90 because the gold standard is cheap for a reason…it wont give you the results that blitz or amplified will, yeah they are a little more exspensive….but you will get better results.

    if you are trying to bulk yeah. 1g per pound or 1.5 per pound. You are generally not gonna see fast results eating 3 meals a day

    No, I take Whey Protein. The only side effect is usually gas haha. But other then that, it works well. You will see some good results pretty quick.
