The Best Super Shake In The World

www.TrainerJosh.com Who wants to start the day off by feeding your body with the ultimate nutrients to have great energy to last until dusk? This is the super shake I’ve been taking for a couple years now and it has been the absolute best thing I could have done for myself. The days I don’t take this super shake are WAY different from the days that I do take it. It’s full of nutrients and natural probiotics to get your body the necessary nutrients to make it healthy and prepare it for a day of hard work & positive energy. Usually while I’m making this super shake I’ll also start cooking some oatmeal on the stove so I can kill 2 birds at one time. Try this! 1 cup whole milk 1 tbsp ground flax seeds 1 serving Goatein 1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 serving Green Vibrance 1 tbsp fat free yogurt 1 tbsp bee pollen 1 tbsp arctic cod liver oil 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil sprinkle of steel cut oats

Here is another great raw healthy snack to add for your crunchy cravings :) Also, in case you cant find any of the items I use in my videos you can go to my amazon store. People have been telling me they cant find some of the items that I use and so decided to set up a place where everyone can find the items. But if you can find it cheaper then go for it. Here is my amazon store……. astore.amazon.com Thank you for watching :)

You’re the only one who uploaded a video using goatein.. I’m planning on buying goatein, I hope it doesn’t taste “chalky” to me haha.

You have some quality vids thanks a lot

Just FYI its pronounced kwin-no-A Flakes.

  • spbroy says:

  • cece955 says:

@bethal1998. dude shut the hell up. damn, i hate biology so shut the fuck up. no one cares!

  • golferboy1825 says:

Throw that in there BAM! I like that haha good shake man

  • JoshSchlottman says:

Yes it is! The old school method when they dropped the milk off at your door was great, when it separates like that it’s most likely RAW.

  • bethal1998 says:

Is raw milk the same as non-homogenized milk?
Back in the day, the milkman would deliver glass bottles to your front door & when it was cold outside, the cream would rise to the top. 80s babies prob don’t have a clue what I’m talking about but the 60s & 70s babies (aka Gen X-ers), and baby boomers know exactly what I’m talking about. If raw milk and non-homogenized milk are the same then I would love to incorporate it into my diet!

just stop you sound dumb lmao

  • notmycity says:

    Soccerguy- Try Rice milk.

  • notmycity says:

Green Vibrance is supposed to be kept in the freezer or fridge, due to the probiotics.

  • berserkr81 says:

Who the fuck are you calling idiot? I’ve read many books on the subject, and I’ll tell you that cow’s milk, no matter if it’s unpasturized or not is terrible for you to consume. Read Dr. Fuhrman’s book “Eat To Live.” Now next time you want to call someone an idiot read a few books yourself asshole. Fuck you!

  • RealLifeIZ says:

NO neither one is good read a book idiot

  • GreenMomZoe says:

Josh, how do you know if the probiotics in Green Vibrance are really “live”? I have been told that probiotics have to be refrigerated in order to be “live” and active.

  • berserkr81 says:

Soy or rice milk is good to.

  • SoccerguyJoe says:

I’m lactose intolerant so this shake would probably shoot right threw me. I’d replace the ‘whole milk’ with lactose free.

Other than that. Great shake man!!

  • ElNigarachi says:

    thanks for the vid man!!

@dianemod OK, sorry I got confused. You can find the way I make the sauce on episode #13. I just added some of the crushed red pepper, raw honey and asian hot sauce.

  • dianemod says:

@RawFoodMuscle Sorry, I didn’t explain very well. I mean, where can I find your tomate sauce recipe? Wich video? Thanks.

  • RawFoodMuscle says:

@dianemod I didn’t use any tomato sauce but I think you meant tomato powder. You can find it on my amazon store. Just go to my main youtube page and click on amazon store. Let me know if you have any problems or any other questions. Thank you so much for watching :)

  • dianemod says:

    Hola,

This weekend I’m going to make these chips. Could you tell, where can I find the tomatoe sauce, please?
    Thanks for your recipes.

  • Malkiarising1 says:

My kids and pocket book is gone love this one!

  • MyRawRenaissance says:

@RawFoodMuscle I had it on at 105 so I’ll leave it for a few more hours. Also I live in South Florida, so it’s super humid, which I forgot to consider. Thanks again =)

  • RawFoodMuscle says:

@MyRawRenaissance We usually keep our dehydrator at 106 and let it run for about 18 hours or so but it really depends on how humid it is in your house. You should just keep it running for a few more hours or turn up the temp to about 113 degrees to speed it up. What temp do you have it on now?

  • MyRawRenaissance says:

can you be specific with the amount of time and temperature, cuz I made my slices super thin, and they have been in there for about 14 hours and they aren’t crunchy at all. So i’m not sure where I went wrong. Maybe not enough oil? IDK. Thanks!

These sweet potato chips are really moorish and tasty. I’m probably guilty of adding too much oil to them but the seasoning was very complimentary.

They taste like a lovely crisps!

Very successful. I’ve bough a really large sweet potato and I’m going to make some more but next time I’m going to use an oil spray.

I do love it when I come across something that I know will work for me!

Thank you for such an awesome recipe!

  • Avrilxxxmac says:

My sweet potato chips are in the dehydrator. I made my own spices powdered, after dehydrating. The tomato did not powder very well. I also added too much red pepper powder on my second sweet potato. I used a ton of oil! Also, I cut my second potato because I’m no good with ‘cutting gadgets! LOL We will see, I’m looking forward to the next stage – tasting! So pleased I fitted into my blue jeans today. That way I won’t eat too many! Can’t wait to try them since you first posted this vid!

  • MsSheilaC says:

Oh. My! These were delicious. Time consuming though! I love the spray bottle idea, too! My husband inhaled these, so I told him he had to buy me the spray bottle for the oil for me to make him more : )
